Job Description

You will be part of the team which manages the product development for the Advertiser Platform. The objective of this team is to highlight the added value of products available to advertisers through our platform CPP and maximize their satisfaction with each of the key stages of their relationship with Criteo (integration, launch, invoicing, change strategy, test new products). 

You will work on interfaces visible to our advertisers (front end) and on improving our back office tools (back end). 

 

Based at the company's headquarters in Paris and attached to the Product Management team, you will be responsible for managing your projects related to the development of your designated product. Your duties will consist of:

  • Acquire a thorough knowledge of our market
  • Analyze and prioritize the needs of our advertisers and our operational teams
  • Write functional specifications and testing documentation intended for our R&D teams
  • Develop, implement, monitor and report on key success indicators of your project
  • Pilot project with R&D teams in an agile environment
  • Comprehensive testing of the new product
  • Work with our Product Roll out team on the launch of new functionality to our users and the training of our internal teams
  • Coordinate stakeholders throughout the project, including Sales, Operations, Marketing and R&D

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or Business management related discipline
  • Several year’s work experience as a Product Manager within a related industry or Project delivery lead within a consulting firm focusing on technology projects
  • You are fluent in English and have experience of everyday use in a professional context
  • You have an analytical mind, are highly disciplined and have an appetite for complex technical solutions
  • You are details orientated and sensitive to ergonomics
  • You have a good ability to quickly assess the business impact of new projects and ROI of projects already underway
  • Independence and leadership qualities with experience of working with multidisciplinary teams
  • You are full of energy, you quickly adapt to multiple topics and stakeholders, and display strong interpersonal skills recognized at all levels of the company
  • You have a solid knowledge and a particular interest in issues related to the business of e-commerce and online advertising
