- Deliver insightful performance reporting and root cause analyses across critical KPIs—such as fill rate, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory turns, and cost-to-serve—providing actionable recommendations that drive results.
- Identify, prioritize, and lead process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance predictability, reduce operational complexity, and enable scalable growth.
- Support the design and continuous improvement of scalable supply chain processes, including order scheduling, event planning, inventory allocation, and replenishment models.
- Provide financial and operational insights to support decision-making, including the impact of supply chain tradeoffs on margin, working capital, and customer experience.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Finance, and Operations to support strategic initiatives such as product launches, promotional planning, and customer transitions.
- Contribute to the development of long-term supply chain strategies that balance customer expectations with internal efficiency and cost objectives.
- Champion a KPI-driven culture, leveraging data and analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and improve overall supply chain health.
