Job Description

Cricut is looking for a proactive, highly motivated marketing professional to join our Integrated Communications team.  As an integrated marketing and communications manager, you will be responsible for supporting and executing awareness campaigns and brand partnerships from start to finish and analyzing both performance and potential to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition. In this role, you will build integrated, cross-channel campaigns based on insights by collaborating with team members from across the organization — including Content, Creative, Platform Marketing, Digital, Product, Sales, and agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage brand marketing programs and partnerships, including the definition of program objectives, target audiences, strategies/tactics, deliverables, timeline, and value measurement
  • Work with the broader marketing and communications team to brainstorm, plan, and execute integrated campaigns
  • Manage brand partnerships, including marketing of licensed content, in support of awareness strategies and campaigns
  • Analyze program performance to improve opportunities, performance, and partnerships
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including executives, PR, Brand Strategy, Creative, Content, Channel Marketing, Education, Platform Marketing, Digital, Product, Sales, and external agencies to create assets and execute programs
  • Identify areas for improvement or opportunities for new approaches, and work cross-functionally to implement
  • Stay on top of marketing and communications trends to inform current and future programs

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in marketing or integrated communications, with quantifiable track record of success
  • Experience activating effective multi-channel awareness campaigns across communications, social, influencer marketing, and digital
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills; ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and self-prioritize workload
  • Ability to articulate strategies and value metrics, as well as recommendations to adjust programs as needed
  • Ability to work with focus to meet aggressive goals and tight time schedules
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence diverse groups within the company, including cross-functional peers
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in integrated communications or marketing, preferably with consumer companies
