Job Description

We are seeking a talented CRM Analyst who lives in the greater Salt Lake City area to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into actionable data requirements and develop data-driven solutions that optimize marketing effectiveness and support decision-making processes.

Leveraging your expertise in website analytics, CRM data, and marketing automation platform (Selligent), you will define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct A/B testing, and optimize the customer experience across various channels including web, email, SMS, and push notifications.

You will play a pivotal role in marketing campaign implementation, ensuring data quality and facilitating insights generation through collaboration with internal and external partners.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering insightful reports and dashboards that visualize complex data sets, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.

Your support to business units and product teams with ad-hoc reporting and in-depth analysis will demonstrate your strong critical thinking, project management, and communication skills. 

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years' post-graduate professional marketing CRM analyst experience, ideally in Selligent platform with ability to clearly articulate ability to create, import, implement and manage customer journeys.
  • Strong, clear ability to self-start, identify gaps, work through problems and challenges, and implement solutions in an autonomous way, all while possessing the ironic skill of being able to ask for help when needed.
  • Advanced knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Selligent preferred). 
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and manage audience segmentation strategies for marketing campaigns. 
  • Experience collaborating with technology partners on analytics tracking and database modeling. 
  • Solid understanding of customer journey analytics and data visualization techniques. 
  • Proficiency in querying databases and using programming languages for data manipulation and analysis. 
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate complex concepts and recommendations effectively. 
  • Excellent critical thinking, project management, and attention to detail. 

STRONG PREFERENCE GIVEN FOR

  • Candidates with proven Selligence experience
  • Candidates who can prove their ability to work with data teams to query, extract and import customer data from a given custom-trigger in the customer lifecycle.
  • Candidates who have key experience working in marketing with DTC brands.
  • Candidates who love and enjoy Cricut and have some experience with our products.
