Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Paid Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our upper funnel paid media campaigns. Working closely with our paid social agency, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Your expertise in paid media strategies and collaboration with internal cross functional teams will contribute to achieving our digital marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with our paid social agency and internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive upper funnel paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that leverage paid social channels.

Agency Management:

  • Act as a liaison between our organization and the paid social agency, ensuring clear communication, goal alignment, and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the agency based on a deep understanding of our brand, target audience, and industry trends.

Budget Management:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish and manage budgets for paid social campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for optimal ROI.
  • Monitor and track campaign expenses, making data-driven decisions to maximize the impact of our advertising budget.

Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and scheduling.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine and optimize campaign elements for continuous improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of paid social campaigns.
  • Provide regular insights and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders based on campaign metrics and KPIs.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to paid social advertising.
  • Implement innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness and maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as corporate marketing, creative, and other marketing functions to ensure seamless integration of paid campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid social campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing vendor relationships.
