Job Description

  • Lead a team consisting of specialists in fraud and chargeback detection and mitigation, DTC and wholesale returns, wholesale compliance, and royalty reporting.
  • Build strong working relationships with key department resources to be their go-to resource for the Accounting Operations team.
  • Collaborate with Member Care leadership to monitor refund requests and support return authorizations.
  • Complete daily consumer refunds.
  • Complete quarterly royalty reporting, maintain guaranteed payment schedule, and coordinate royalty payments for companies like Disney, Marvel, and Warner Bros.
  • Create accurate and effective key internal reports for wholesale return rates, DTC chargebacks, and wholesale fines/shortages.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, EDI, and Project management teams to improve and create processes to mitigate wholesale compliance fines and shortages.
  • Exhibit a continual process improvement and a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead a multi-dimensional, cross-functional team
  • Ability to independently perform solid, complex ad hoc analysis
  • Ability to present well to cross-functional and/or executive teams
  • Strong understanding of MS Excel and useful formulas
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for business
  • Self-starter that acts like an owner
  • Ability to work under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines
  • Being agile in supporting different areas of the business and different tasks
