This person will closely collaborate with teams across the organization and will own the strategy and execution of our owned channels of email, push, SMS, and in-app platform.

You will oversee strategic execution of our member marketing program for Cricut Access (subscription program) and Onboarding through planning super-personalized, contextual, and effective user-centric communications. Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale Marketing initiatives for Cricut Access and Onboarding new members from development to execution by analyzing customer insights.
  • Collaborate with the cross functional teams to accomplish shared KPIs to onboard new members, engage members and increase Cricut Access subscription rate.

  • Ensure on-time and accurate deployment of campaigns, inclusive of audience development, pre-launch QA, and campaign scheduling.

  • Project management background; experience collaborating across multiple departments to execute projects.
  • Proficient with working independently and managing multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Proficient in learning new tools and procedures quickly.
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
