Job Description  

Let your creativity shine! Evaluate, design and innovate engaging and effective training for Cricut’s Member Care team. Craft, revise and maintain training content and assessments for both in-classroom and virtual facilitation. Work with and leverage team, subject matter experts, learners and stakeholders to elevate the service received provided to Cricut members and employees. Build world class content centered on the ideals of excellence, and the power of customization.  

Core Duties & Essential Functions  

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to identify goals, audience, and objectives 

• Effective utilization of Bloom’s Taxonomy principles for the creation of course objectives 

• Own the evaluation, design, and launch of both in classroom and virtual course content and assessment.  

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address business needs and increase overall efficiency 

• Identify content delivery strategies that provide the best learning experience 

• Work with organizational tool, quickly and efficiently to complete assigned tasks 

• Commit to value team diversity and act as an inclusive leader 

• Apply skills and learning in adult learning theory, evaluation skills, coaching, and facilitation to support team and organizational development  

• End to end project management, evaluation and innovation  

• Maintain and update learning and LMS materials as needed 

• Organize course materials in a learning hierarchy enabling objectives 

• Demonstrates innovative thinking while staying current on learning methodologies, video, gaming, and visual trends 

• Travel Required: None to less than 5% - or as business need requires  

• Conduct yourself in a manner aligned with the Cricut Code of Conduct and Ethics, including representing Cricut in a brand consistent manner in all internal and external communications that maybe inherent or implied by the role.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required – Masters Degree is a plus  

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of instructional systems design experience focused on projects targeted towards adult learners  

• Proficiency with Microsoft 360 and other industry standard software and tools  

• Superb written and verbal communication skills and proficiency writing instructional content. 

• Experience analyzing, building, and assessing curricula for asynchronous and synchronous classroom-based or virtual training environments. 

• Proficiency in effectively working with and engaging both local and global teams.  

• Experience creating learning content for multicultural adult audiences. 

• Exposure to the customer service/CX industry is a plus, but not required 

• Proven ability to manage project and deliver excellent and timely results
