Job Description

As the Ecommerce Merchandising Manager, you are in charge of the effective management of Cricut’s product detail pages across our DTC and retail partners. In your role you will understand in detail, ecommerce merchandising and retailer-specific PDP requirements and oversee the syndication of assets and content in the correct format to our retailers’ websites. You will be the key bridge between product launch, creative, copywriting, and the DTC and Sales teams to streamline the way that the content, product information and assets are delivered to the retailer. You will work with a cross-functional team to plan effective product detail pages and oversee the execution of retailer specific keyword enriched content. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the product information management software, including building out new retailer integrations, compiling all product information and assets, and syndication of content to retailer websites
  • Work with cross-functional eCommerce team to plan and build out effective PDP content.
  • Work across internal teams to build processes for efficient content management.
  • Identify gaps in product content when mapped to retailer requirements, and formulate plans to fill those content gaps that may improve conversion rate on digital storefronts
  • Analyze metrics and related data to identify opportunities that will improve merchandising and the customer experience across various products and categories
  • Define, build, and maintain workflows within the platform to improve, operationalize and streamline relevant business processes across different teams. Establish guidelines for collaboration around product content collection, creation, management, syndication and analysis.
  • Become a Salsify expert, and deliver internal Salsify trainings on new and existing functionality as necessary
  • Develop a strong command of the digital commerce industry landscape Drive organizational change in support of digital commerce strategy
  • Manage other ecommerce tools for review and content syndication

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of ecommerce product management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience with Syndication tools Salsify, Bazaarvoice, and Web Collage
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data manipulation skills using various tools
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proven success managing eCommerce business initiatives from conception to implementation to delivery with quantifiable results
