Job Description

Cricut® is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and energetic human to provide the first impression and face for our company. You will greet all visitors, delivery people, interviewers and employees with your charm, wit and zest for life. If you find true joy in working with people – apply so we can meet you. Cricut® is most interested in your excellent skills in the following areas: interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, writing, reporting, supply management, scheduling, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), organization, time management, equipment maintenance, travel logistics and property management.

Job Duties:

  • Assisting Admin Team as and when needed;
  • Front desk duties, answering phone, attending to guests, etc.;
  • Ensure cleanliness of conference rooms and supplies are restocked as needed;
  • Placing repair/maintenance requests for building issues and cleaning;
  • Meal ordering and sometimes picking up food for hungry humans;
  • Domestic and international shipments for HR and others if needed;
  • Maintain meeting rooms, reorganize at the end of the day; 
  • Help with set up and take down of in-office events;
  • Mail delivery to employees;
  • Package delivery or notification to employees;  
  • Running errands for printing, etc.;
  • Stocking the breakroom;
  • Note taking on occasion;
  • Day to day duties may vary, so be open to getting involved.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience working in a similar role;
  • Proven success as a multi-tasker;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with creating and submitting expense reports (Concur preferred);

  • Second and second most –Be professional but have a sense of humor too.
  • Be the ultimate “multi-tasker”.
  • Be a little bit OCD – but just a little.
  • Be willing to do what needs to be done.
  • Be welcoming. You will greet guests up front. That means sitting at the front desk.
