Job Description

Cricut®'s Product Management department is growing and we are looking for an experienced PM with depth in managing multiple software products simultaneously. The ideal candidate to help drive the evolution of our Cricut Design Space/Mobile software forward. You will have the opportunity to translate the excitement and needs of our consumers into our software and apps, further expanding the growth of our brand. You will play a key role in shaping how we approach bringing new products to market and how we drive our brand and consumer experience.

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the following: gathering/sharing consumer insights and turning insights into strategies; defining and sharing the product vision across the organization; driving necessary approvals through the organization; working with UX, QA and software development teams to bring new products to market; defining product requirements and acceptance criteria; developing consumer educational materials for new features and software; working with product marketing to execute marketing plans; analyzing performance post launch with QA, Member Care and analytics; and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the software .

You will partner with cross-functional teams throughout the company to bring your products to market. You must have an intrinsic interest in, and understanding of, the product management role with specific experience working with product managers in current or recent roles. You also should have experience in defining innovative products and experiences as well as leading teams. You should possess a proven ability to translate consumer insights into consumer experience and business strategy recommendations. This role will demand both tactical and strategic thinking, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

 

  • Looked to as an innovative thinker by your peers and current manager
  • Passion for and experience in consumer research, including translating consumer needs into product requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Team player who can play a leadership role on cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with developing sound recommendations and gaining stakeholder buy-in
  • Decision-making experiences demonstrating appropriate balance between thoughtful research and the need for timeliness
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively organize, analyze, and present data with solutions
  • Experience with Hardware Product is preferred
