Job Description:

This is a temporary position and we are looking for a Digital Content Developer to provide a final critical eye in the quality assurance process. Our pipeline of products demands a creative yet analytical problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With your detail-oriented nature, you will collaborate closely with art directors, designers and illustrators to connect with our passionate maker community. We are very team oriented and value each other’s opinions and constructive criticisms, being a team player and working well with others is a must. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of content & consumables marketing as part of the Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Edit Internal and External artwork to simplify cutting process.
• Prepare digital artwork for member use in Design Space website and app software, also prepare press-ready files based on supplied specifications.
• Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.
• Provide image retouching, clipping paths and additional image manipulation.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise with the creative team.
• Collaborate with artists to delight Cricut members.
• Create PDF instructions for sewing projects.
• Prioritize workload as needed to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for crafting and creating artwork.
• Experience using Cricut hardware and software products.
• Familiarity with Cricut digital image library.
• Detail oriented and quality driven.
• Creative and analytical.
• Experience with Mac OS and Windows 2000 or later.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Office 365.
