Job Description

Cricut® is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us win in international markets. As a Senior International Product Manager, you will be responsible to discover, validate and prioritize international needs within the organization and manage projects through completion. You will be expected to define processes and help scale a thriving US based organization in its early days of international growth.

Responsibilities

Help Cricut succeed in international markets by:
• Defining, organizing, and communicating international product needs to stakeholders
• Partnering with Legal, Compliance, Creative, Marketing and Member Care to support successful product launches
• Tracking product timelines and ensuring key milestones are met
• Conducting product research and sharing insights with the cross-functional team
• Managing ongoing business post launch, including tracking product performance
• Developing internal processes and championing simple solutions to complex problems
• Occasional international travel may be required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of product marketing experience - MBA preferred
• Brand or product management experience required; consumer electronics experience desired
• Product management experience of hardware and software-based products a plus
• Strategic thinking—must be comfortable developing solid product strategies in non-structured environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit – ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, start-up environment and do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Passion and experience deriving consumer insights – Experience conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research. Passion for gaining deep understanding of consumer behavior and garnering insights.
• Excellent communication skills – demonstrated use of written, presentation and verbal skills. Must be able to communicate business and product stories in concise compelling way to drive alignment and buy-in across the organization.
• Experience with international product management preferred
• Bilingual abilities and international business experience a plus
