Job Description

Are you ready to lead and scale the Site Reliability Team for one of the world's most fabulous creative technology companies?

As the SRE technology leader, you will be in charge of the SRE's overall strategy, development, and day-to-day operation, powering our design space and cricut.com.

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable, secure and reliable systems and applications using best-in-class technologies and platforms
  • Build tools to reduce toil and automate workflows
  • Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning and launch reviews.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Computer Engineering fundamentals and first principles
  • Experience writing software in one or more languages
  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure
  • Experience in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with Cloud Native architectures and technologies
  • Experience designing large-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience growing and building highly effective teams
