• As a key member of the Planning team, you will be responsible for managing specific products and projects, as well as sharing the planning load with other team members. 

• Working closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Product Development you will create and execute demand and supply plans, capacity plans, component risk buy and safety stock recommendations, as well as identifying and resolving potential inventory shortages and excess. 

• You will have the ability to analyze demand data, provide recommendations on product transitions, new product introductions, and partner with key stakeholders to ensure the demand forecast and supply plan is ‘’right sized”  

• You will have significant autonomy in the role and will be expected to continually drive for improvement and automation in our end-to-end planning methods and processes. 

• We expect you to build strong cross-functional relationships across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Executive Management.

• Degree or higher in an analytical discipline (supply chain, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, analytics, etc.)  

• Strong background in Demand Planning, Corporate Finance, or Supply Chain/Sales Analytics  

• Advanced Excel/Power Query skills required  

• Data visualization experience (Tableau/Domo/Qlik/etc.) preferred 

• Experience in ERP, MRP and capacity planning preferred 

• Be a self-starter that acts like an owner by seeking to learn/understand the business, actively pursuing opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings, etc.
