Job Description
Cricut Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for creating a world class personalized digital marketing program for Cricut.com & to partner on digital strategy for the Consumer engagement team. Through data analysis, you will know what makes our consumer base tick, and focus on creating personalized lifecycle programs. You will report to the Director of Digital Marketing to develop lifecycle programs that drive revenue on Cricut.com and you will partner with the Corporate Marketing team to develop engagement programs that increase how often members use their Cricut products.
The ideal candidate has the ability and experience taking business needs, objectives, and data insights, and then translate them into actionable and effective campaigns that leverage cross-channel communication, highly personalized content, and precise targeting. Overall, you will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, while maintaining a constant eye on process and efficiency to establish best practices for Cricut.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic growth initiatives focused on Cricut machine owners to elevate the customers lifetime value within the brand.
- Manage segmentation strategy, use data and creativity to explore and test new segments, identify opportunities for A/B testing in segmentation and messaging in order to optimize and drive improvements to KPIs.
- Collaborate with business & marketing leaders to identify opportunities to drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and cross-sell/up-sell/referral behavior in digital marketing channels (email, paid media, sms and more).
- Create and monitor complex personalized journeys, triggers and automations with static and dynamic content.
- Lead the expansion of CRM channel capabilities into push notifications, and in-app messaging, by collaborating with development and data engineering teams.
- Analyze performance of marketing channels and journey’s across customer segments and lifecycle stages, seeking ways to improve performance by delivering insights to key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance for international marketing teams to replicate & execute global programs.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years B2C digital marketing or eCommerce experience.
- BA/BS in Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency.
- Experience leveraging a complex marketing automation/CRM system like ExactTarget/Salesforce, Adobe Campaign or Responsys.
- Passion for personalization, data-driven marketing and building programs that drive incremental results.
- Deep knowledge in customer segmentation, list management, deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws.
- Deep knowledge in email and CRM marketing.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, with a growth mindset.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; SQL a plus.
