Job Description
Drive revenue by working closely with Sales and Sales Support teams and owning the sales order process from beginning to end
Own and improve order fulfillment KPIs for assigned sales accounts
Coordinate with Purchasing team and Demand Planning team regarding incoming inventory, product allocations and availability
Closely and frequently communicate with 3PLs and monitoring daily warehouse output (open orders/shipments/delays)
Assist with Operations projects including customer onboarding and analysis of current processes
Create and maintain sales and warehouse fulfillment forecasts
Learn and Accomplish in the First 90 Days
Understand fulfillment deadlines and processes
Proficient in common SAP Screens (VL10G, VA05, VA02/03, VA14L, ZPARTL, ZATP, VL06O, MD04)
Learn how to manage reservations, process cancellations, shortages, address changes, refunds, enter orders/pull requests, send STOs, and resolve price discrepancies
Learn systematic process flows including reviewing routing guides for all major retail customers and attending 1-3 channel specific webinar trainings
Compile suggested systems and process improvements and present to Operations leadership team
Cross train on all order management related tasks, retail, DTC, and DSV
On time and in full reporting/monitoring
Monthly “Sales Flash” reporting
Build strong cross-functional relationships with EVP of Sales, Sales Account Managers, Sales Support Staff, DTC leadership, and Product Managers
Establish strong relationships within the Operations team including being seen as a strong evangelist of Cricut values
Develop a high level of familiarity with the Cricut brand, Cricut members, Cricut customers/sales channels, the Cricut business model, Cricut competitors, and Cricut products

Qualifications
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical aptitude
SAP (or other ERP) experience preferred
Self-starter, seeks to learn/understand business, actively pursue opportunities for improvement
Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams/environment
Very organized and able to manage competing priorities
Work and remain calm under pressure
Experience in retail order management and operations preferred
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline (finance, economics, statistics) preferred
