Job Description

As a Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll:

  • Manage and further build a team of internal advisers to hiring managers responsible from the opening of a position requisition through candidate on boarding
  • Optimize recruiting tools and practices, to ensure compliance, consistency, and integrity
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including documentation and details throughout all phases of recruitment process.
  • Deliver on-going reports that track results, impact, and cost-effectiveness. Use the information to detect trends/insights and adjust the strategy to optimize impact
  • Drive a cross-functional, collaborative culture by building a trusted partnership with members of Talent Acquisition and all cross functional department partners.
  • Providing innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet Cricut business objectives
  • Know and evangelize Cricut’s culture to all you encounter.

Qualifications

 

  • You have 8+ years of recruiting experience with at least 4 years leading high-performing teams within high-growth companies
  • Ability to communicate fearlessly to build trust. You bring a strong perspective that inspires change and motivates recruiters.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and an unwavering work ethic
  • A role model of collaboration with key partners such as Various departments, Stakeholders and executives.
  • Have a strong grasp in all aspects of recruiting from headcount planning, capacity modeling, executive search
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated results in a high-performance and ever-changing landscape.
