Job Description

Cricut® is looking for an ambitious Deal Desk Pricing Analyst. The ideal candidate will work with complex data sets to help Cricut® businesses determine and set competitive prices to gain market share and achieve revenue goals. This is a highly analytical role that requires consideration of data from multiple sources to develop complex pricing models that reflect margins for promotional and seasonal pricing based on competitor, market, and customer data. You will support and lead the automation and implementation of pricing processes and best practices for domestic and international business.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing for deals, promotions and exclusive product bundles for customers.
  • Audit and validate data and margins on adhoc deals submitted by sales team.
  • Perform margin and pricing analysis in order to support business initiatives.
  • Maintain and update price lists in our ERP system (SAP).
  • Responsible for the day-to-day price review and price hold order releases.
  • Manage International pricing matrix, pricing International channel and customers.
  • Administer customer rebate program, including creating new rebates, processing claimed rebates, and complete monthly/quarterly reconciliations.
  • Partner with internal teams to build, streamline and automate our deal desk processes.
  • Perform other ad-hoc analysis as assigned

Qualifications

You will do it by using your:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar experience in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Ability to distill complex information into easily consumable reports, statements and communications that provides insights, enabling quick decision making
  • Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ability to work with data, with keen attention to detail, data discrepancies, and down-stream dependencies
  • Strong business acumen, strong reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Organization skills, customer-focused mind, ability to innovate
