The Sr SAP Functional Analyst will be accountable for the design, build, implementation and support of SAP business solutions in a fast paced and growing environment. The candidate must be a team leader who is creative, organized and demonstrates technical depth.

Responsibilities

• Effectively engages with internal staff and external partners to implement industry standard solutions.
• Uses extensive SAP, Finance, Business and Supply Chain knowledge to drive adoption of technology and process improvements that create superior solutions for the company, customers and vendors. 
• Insure that all appropriate financial controls are in place and functioning in SAP. 
• Demonstrates broad technical leadership, exerts influence outside of immediate team, provides mentoring and guidance to other team members and drives positive change.
• Act as a center of expertise, staying abreast of developments in SAP and continually upgrading functional knowledge and applying/sharing that knowledge across the organization.
• Develops FI/CO competency throughout the business by leading the training, system setup, testing, documentation and maintenance support activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field.
• Masters or other advanced degree preferred
• Expert functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SD and pricing
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing solutions for finance, control, shipping and distribution in support of eCommerce, order management, procurement, outsourced manufacturing and supplier management. 
• Strong business process knowledge
• Proven track record of delivery and leading SAP ERP solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work well with and lead cross-functional teams
