Here, they specialise in support services and management consulting across Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, Consulting and Advisory Services. To support their growth plans in India, they are looking to hire excellent and dynamic professionals so as to exponentially grow in the country.

Reporting to the Head - Accounting, you would be responsible for:

1. To design, integrate and lead record to report activities of various types of clients that fall under the Client Accounting COE and ensure delivery of relevant, timely and accurate reporting of financial management information to clients and business partners. 

2. Ensure a right sized team availability in terms of headcount, skills, relevant knowledge and experience 

3. Ensure adherence to the agreed SLA with the stakeholders for all management accounting operations

4. Review and assist in preparation of deliverables as agreed with the stakeholders

5. Create an environment for continuous learning by providing a business overview to team and motivate to keep knowledge of accounting principles and current practices relevant to UK 

6. Ensure value addition to stakeholders by providing insights on trends/data that are available on business accounts and thus act as experts in the area of existing accounts 

You are a CA (1st/2nd Attempt) and bring across 12+ years of post qualification experience. You have experience working with stakeholders in the UK and are currently handling a team size of 30+ people. You have worked in off shoring and managed F&A transitions in Insurance domain. Additionally you have knowledge of IFRS, knowledge of accounting & reporting, costing etc. You bring across exceptionally string accounting skills, communication skills and people management skills
