Job Description

JD FOR MARKETING COMMUICATIONS MANAGER

  • Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  •  Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.
  •  Maintain and strengthen the organization's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing and communication materials.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and visuals for campaigns.
  • Utilize digital analytics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the media landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and distribute press releases and manage media inquiries.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and oversee event budgets.
  •  Develop and manage the marketing and communication budget, ensuring cost- effective strategies are implemented.
  •  Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and communication efforts.
  • Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead a team of marketing and communication professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the media landscape.
     

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on marketing communications.
  • Proven 4 experience in working with an agency is compulsory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation and marketing tools, such as graphic design software, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with branding, brand management and team management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and a strong understanding of market trends.
  • A male is preferred for gender balance
  • Must not be very smart, energetic and trendy
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Additional Information

  • Remuneration is 400 - 450k monthly
  • 13th month
