Job Description

  • Work closely with and report to the Administrative Manager to facilitate office support
  • Primary point of contact for on-site staff and all enquiries including site access, sign in procedures, covid protocols, conference & desk reservations, calls, mail, shipping, printing, supply management, etc.
  • Critical support and cover to the operations team as required and during times of absence.
  • Collaborate with key support functions (Finance, IT, Legal, HR, Environmental Health & Safety)
    • Cater meetings & staff special lunches
    • Assist with company social events and celebrations as well as large meetings                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School Degree
  • 6 months -1 year Administrative experience preferred
  • Positive team mentality, able to work well on a team 
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are essential 
  • Must be self-motivated and diligent in following through with tasks until completion.
  • Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Great oral and verbal communication
