Company is Head Quartered out of New Delhi and is an emerging Management Consulting firm. It offers Strategic Advisory Services to Enterprises and assist them 4 Domains of IT, HR, Brand and Business Strategy.
Job Description
· Generate Leads and interact with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions.
· Experience engaging with senior leaders (CxO level) on various solutions and business problems. Able to listen and analyze a client’s requirements and present to a compelling business value message of a solution.
· Respond to the functional and business requirements and capabilities sections of RFI/ RFPs
· Collect and communicate competitive intelligence from the field
· Be a Go-To Person on competitive information for Products, Process, Industry and Verticals
Exchange best practices and share knowledge within Delivery teams
Qualifications
· 2-4 years’ experience in Sales experience in similar industry.
· Good experience in Consultative and Solution Selling Presales role
· Willing to travel across North India for the role.
· Understanding of Consulting domains and services that are based in the domains of HR, Technology and Business strategy.
· Strong analytical skills with a go getter approach
Good communications skills and have expertise in making MS Spreadsheets and Power Point presentations
