Job Description

The main mandate of the technical advisor is to help our clients deploy the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) solution, more specifically the following modules: Finance and General Accounting; Sale; Planning; Production control; Supplies; Inventory management; Product information management; Warehouse management.  


  • Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions and applications that are effective and follow development best practices; 
  • Perform installation and configuration of the system and the environment as a whole, following standard procedures; 
  • Create, modify, and maintain custom entities, plug-ins, workflows, APIs, and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on customer needs; 
  • Develop and execute data migration processes, develop system integrations, and ensure data transfer between systems; 
  • Provide and update technical documentation for new features developed or enhancements to existing applications; 
  • Work closely with functional advisors to understand clients' business processes and propose customized solutions based on their needs; 
  • Actively participate in design reviews and internal meetings by providing creative and effective ideas and solutions in a teamwork and collaborative environment; 
  • Perform rigorous unit testing to ensure that new features or customizations meet the business requirements of their specification and that programming standards are met; 
  • Solve problems autonomously by proposing innovative and effective solutions, respecting deadlines and quality standards; 
  • Work closely with all team members, including developers, analysts, testers and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery; 
  • Ensure that you follow software development best practices and company quality standards. 


  • University degree in computer science or related field;  
  • 2 years of experience in developing Business Central solutions, 5 years in Dynamics NAV development previous versions;  
  • Experience in implementation and migration projects, as well as in post-implementation support; 
  • Mastery of C/AL and AL languages, solid knowledge in .Net languages (C+, C++, C#, etc.), Javascript, XML, HTML, ASPX and SQL (SQL Server); 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Ability to work independently and in a team; Good verbal and written communication skills.
