Job Description

Createch is a company that helps other companies across the country use Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Business Central, Finance & Operation, CRM and others) effectively, especially in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Createch’s consultants have a lot of experience and knowledge in these business areas and in MS Dynamics solutions. They use best practices to help their clients improve their performance. Createch is looking for an Account Director to join its Microsoft team in Toronto. This person will oversee our sales and services expansion of Dynamics 365 solutions to new clients in the manufacturing and distribution sector in Ontario. 

The Account Manager is responsible for Dynamics 365 sales to new customers in manufacturing and distribution.  

  • Generate and maintain a commercial pipeline, including the identification and qualification of prospects; 
  • Identify and define the needs and objectives of the potential client, create and organize a strategy to close the transaction; 
  • Develop or assist presales in the development of product demos to illustrate how Dynamics 365 can best enhance prospects' experience. 
  • Provide responses to inquiries about software and applications, and provide consultations to potential users; 
  • Provide constant correspondence with potential customers to reinforce and promote the value of the Dynamics 365 solution; 
  • Manage documents and requests for tenders; 
  • Work on extremely complicated/visible demonstrations/problems where data analysis requires a complex evaluation of several factors. 

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree; 
  • 3 years of relevant experience in selling ERP application solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365; 
  • In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing and distribution environment; 
  • Ability to adapt your message according to your interlocutor, such as to translating technical concepts for non-initiated users; 
  • Understands, implements, and deploys sales strategies and sales plans to book profitable projects; 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French; 
  • Be willing to travel to Canada, primarily Ontario.
