Job Description

The role of the sales and delivery operations analyst is to accompany and support the teams in achieving their commercial objectives. To this end, he assumes the administrative and operational tasks necessary to improve the productivity of the sales organization and improve tactical and strategic decision-making to improve long-term sales performance.

The Analyst, Sales and Delivery Operations objective is to provide accurate and timely information on Sales and Revenue and Delivery Key Performance Indicators to make informed business decisions.

In this role, the analyst works closely with sales, delivery, marketing, finance and other internal teams.

More specificly :

  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to sales productivity, pipeline development, sales growth and other key indicators. It also collates information for the delivery sector to complete the dashboard.
  • Work with Sales Managers to ensure pipeline forecast accuracy and promote sound pipeline management within sales teams.
  • Ensure alignment between forecasts and sales plans and report variances during meetings between the CRO and sales managers.
  • Create and maintain reports/dashboards that apply across the business, to support decisions about marketing and sales strategies that directly impact revenue.
  • Contribute to the preparation of sales forecasts which are used during weekly, monthly and quarterly sales meetings.
  • Support the sales teams in the administrative management of customer contracts
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and eliminate bottlenecks and operational inconsistencies.
  • Participate in the annual sales forecasting exercise to help management set goals for the teams, better manage sales seasonality and have better predictability based on past performance.
  • Contribute to annual marketing plans.
    Support strategic planning and sales initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in administration (finance, economics or marketing) or other related field.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM and ERP tools.
  • Minimum of 2 years in commercial or sales operations
  • Team player with good communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and interact with all levels of the company.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills in French and English.
