Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for developing the target market for the SAP business unit in order to increase the revenue base as well as contribute to its growth. The main responsibilities of the account manager are:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and management to define and implement strategies designed to generate business opportunities at the heart of the targeted market;
  • Represent Createch with target customer bases in order to identify and define their business needs;
  • Develop or assist in the development of product demonstrations, which illustrate how SAP solutions can best meet prospect requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries about software and applications, and offer consultations to potential users;
  • Conduct prospecting activities for the business unit;
    Position professional services and appropriate solutions upstream of the sales cycle;
  • Follow up on prospecting and outreach activities with the team manager.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate university degree (Baccalaureate);
  • More than five (5) years of relevant experience in the field of integrated management software packages (Enterprise Resource Planning – ERP);
  • Excellent knowledge of the ERP industry;
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical prospects;
  • Demonstrates experience using proven sales strategies and plans to close revenue-generating projects;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Experience in negotiating complex contracts;
  • Involvement in a complete sales cycle;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Good oral and written communication skills, in both French and English;
  • Be available to travel regularly outside the region to visit clients.
