The incumbent will be responsible for supporting Createch's customers in the implementation and support of SAP Cloud solutions (SAP Business By Design and SAP S4HANA Cloud Public Edition). He/she will also be responsible for setting up planning, production and supply chain processes, as well as supporting them by providing high quality customer service.

He/she will be more specifically responsible for:

• Collaborate with the team to evaluate and implement the SAP Business By Design and/or S4HANA Public Cloud solution (design, configuration, solution testing, etc.);
• Work mainly on the implementation of ERP in the field of production and logistics: demand and production planning, production order, supply chain planning, etc.;
• Work closely with other consultants for integration with other areas of expertise (finance, HR, project management, etc.) in the implementation of SAP Business By Design and/or S4HANA Public Cloud;
• Ensure alignment of business requirements with client needs; Identify, develop and implement solutions to increase process efficiency;
• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and on budget; Ensure a partnership with the client throughout the implementation, but also during post go-live and support activities;
• Integrate the company's vision and values in order to represent the company externally.

• The personality of the job: autonomy, communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities that are sometimes conflicting, sense of service and customer satisfaction, results-oriented and values of integrity and respect;
• Possess a university degree in software engineering, IT or business administration;
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position (in industry or on an ERP solution);
• Experience in production planning and/or supply chain management;
• Experience in all phases of a project: analysis, design, development, conversion, implementation, training, support and integration (asset);
• Have participated in the implementation of an ERP as a super user (asset);
• Experience with SAP Business ByDesign (asset);
• Bilingual, therefore excellent command of French and English (oral and written);
• Master the Office suite.
