Being an SAP Consultant at Createch      

As an SAP Basis Consultant in Createch’s Basis team, you have several missions:

1.     Helping clients to innovate to better satisfy their customers and employees, by using your expertise to adress their needs;

2.     Identify strategies on technical projects;
To do so, you will work with colleagues in many different fields to put forward the best solution for the client. Thanks to your tech expertise, you will propose the right architecture to meet objectives. You will be called upon to counsel the team on subjects such as Cloud, HANA, Solution Manager, S/4, Mobility, Databases, Migration strategies, Support etc.

You understand that tools are at the company’s service, you can understand business and technological constraints and put forward appropriate solutions depending on the context. You are a fast learner and exploring little known solutions does not scare you. You are a member of an interdependent team with various SAP specialists and you love to understand various points of integration to be efficient and collaborative.

At Createch, you will work closely with prestigious clients in diverse sectors, such as Pharmaceuticals, Food processing, Transport, Manufacturing, Pulp & Paper etc. You participate in R&D projects thanks to Bell’s investments. These projects allow you to explore S4/HANA, HANA Cloud Platform, Fiori, Solution Manager, etc. Most of all, you work with some of the greatest talents of the industry.

What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Basis consultation,
• Solid experience in implementation and upgrade projects;
• Strong interest for learning about and applying new technologies;
• Ability to launch projects without full mastery of all the elements from the start;
• A mix of rigor and flexibility in your work organisation ;
• Solid communication skills to exchange effectively with people from different backgrounds;
• Ability to support and mobilise colleagues to deliver the best quality;
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Creativity, autonomy and resourcefullnesss;
• Ability to always question the best way of doing something, to always evolve, not relying on existing documentation;
• Likes to take ownership of a problem from A - Z, making sure the customer’s concerns are handled completely;
• Multitasking is a must; ability to jump from one customer to another, with different technologies;
• Being a quick-minded individual, able to connect the dots to help analyze and solve difficult problems, sometimes repeating in different customers;
• Availability to help the Team by participating in a Level 2 rotation, supporting our Level 1 Offshore team for 24/7 Support;

Technical assets :

• Experience with SAP products such as HANA, S/4 HANA, ECC 6.0, Netweaver 7.x, BOBJ, BW/BI, PI/PO, BPC, ADS;
• Thorough knowledge and experience of Solution Manager;
• Experience with database system products such as Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, MaxDB, HANA and Sybase
• Experience in administration of different OS- Windows,Server, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX and Linux;
• Knowledge of networking and visualisation platforms (WMWARE and PowerWM).
• Experience with Cloud hosting solutions (AWS, Azure) with their respective migration tools.  Certification is a plus.
