Being an SAP specialist at Createch

As an SAP specialist at Createch, what matters most to you is helping companies improve their performance. Being an Inside Sales Executive at Createch:        

As an Inside Sales Executive, your mission is to help Createch’s SAP practice to expand its market coverage for SAP Software and Services. You will work as a “hunter”, to identify prospects and generate new opportunities through:

·   Executing Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, email, social media and other out of the box ideas to help generate appointments and new opportunities for the sales team;

·   Assist in planning call and e-mail activities to generate Leads using the most efficient means, in collaboration with the Marketing team, Solution Specialists and Sales Management;

·   Generate and Qualify leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.) as agreed with management;

·   Focus on selling SAP ERP and Cloud solutions and other add on solutions to new clients;

·   Qualify various aging leads and keep warm slow moving opportunities;

·   Align with Sales colleagues for most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market;

·   Pass qualified services leads to Sales for sales stage execution;

·   Nurture and manage cloud related leads to closure;

·   Regularly review lead pipeline and progression.

·   Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment;

·   Experience in technology sales is preferable;

·   TeleMarketing experience would be an asset, specifically high volume phone-centric work;

·   Abiliy to develop deep solution understanding in designated SAP product areas;

·   Experience using a CRM/ Contact management system;

·   Excellent spoken and written communications skills in English;

·   An undergraduate degree is an important asset;

·   Knowledge of SAP or another ERP, an asset
