The Sault Ste. • Lead our clients through the Dynamics 365 Business Central Onboarding processes
• Provide training for our clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central; Navigation, Sales, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Accounting
• Train and coach clients in setting up, configuring, and personalizing Dynamics 365 Business Central for their needs
• Provide support for questions related to the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central after the training

• A college diploma or university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent working experience.
• Manufacturing and/or Distribution experience considered an asset.
• Impressive customer service orientation.
• Advanced customer service skills and remote consulting experience are considered an asset.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bilingualism in French and English considered an asset
