Job Description

  • Setting up, configuring, and calibrating all available gameplay systems in order to achieve the best possible balance and a desired feel of the overall experience
  • Cooperating with the Game Director on editing, tweaking, and creating new gameplay rules
  • Designing and implementing narrative-driven quests
  • Cooperating with the Level Artist and Tech Artist on rearranging the levels
  • Reporting bug leads to the QA
  • Game balancing
  • Keeping all documentation up-to-date
  • Pitching ideas for new game projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of game industry experience as a gameplay designer
  • Shipped at least one video game
  • Professionalism and a high work ethic
  • Passion for games, especially real-time strategies
  • Experience in using Unreal Engine
  • Advanced English language skills
