Founded in 2017, Cove Hill Partners ("CHP") is a private equity firm that makes concentrated, long-duration investments in technology and internet companies. Today, CHP manages approximately $2.5B of assets. 

CHP was formed by senior investors from Bain Capital, General Atlantic, General Catalyst, T.H. Lee and Insight Venture Partners with the aspiration to create a world-class team and culture, and to deliver exceptional results to investors. 

CHP is looking for a curious, hard-working, and entrepreneurial person who is passionate about investing and excited by CHP's strategy. The candidate will: 

• Participate in CHP’s analyst development program and learn investment due diligence from senior team members
• Perform deep company and industry research
• Generate and pitch potential investment ideas
• Establish and maintain relationships with company founders and executives 
• Perform company-specific market research and financial analysis as part of investment due diligence

The position is a two-year commitment to start, based in Boston, with an opportunity for associate promotion and a career trajectory from there. 

A successful candidate should have the following qualifications: 

• High integrity and intellectual honesty
• Entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a "can do" attitude 
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical skills 
• A passion for investing 
• Experience in finanical services is helpful, but not required
