Your Tasks:

• Familiarize yourself with the preparation of international tax filing and, after a training period, prepare them independently in cooperation with our foreign partners for submission to the foreign tax offices
• You are the contact person for our partners and take care of the communication on problems and special cases in foreign sales tax law
• You support our clients with tax office audits and take over the data preparation of the documents to be provided as well as the communication with the tax office
• You are responsible for reviewing notices and documents as well as processing
• You are the contact person for status queries, technical questions about international business and VAT issues for partners, clients and colleagues
• You work on new tax issues abroad and are involved in new projects
• You support the further development of our in-house system

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed commercial or tax training or degree
• Expert knowledge in the use of Excel
• Good English knowledge; good German knowledge (ideal); good knowledge of Polish (ideal)
• Knowledge of national and international tax law (ideal)
• Strong communication skills in contact with customers, partners and authorities
• Openness, team spirit, diligence, a sense of responsibility and initiative
