Are you detail-oriented, organized, and competent in financial administration? Then we are looking for you!
Your mission: Ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day financial operations and maintaining accurate financial records to support decision-making within the organization.
Our company is looking for a competent, detail-oriented and organized Finance administrator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including processing bank statements and sales invoices, reconciling accounts, credit management and support with preparation of documentation and reports. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations, maintain accurate financial records and support efficient decision-making within the organization.
In this broad role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Processing bank statements;
- Processing sales invoices;
- Credit management – preparation and analysis of open receivables report, contacting customers and sending Collection letters;
- Preparation of monthly evidences of working hours for employees;
- Posting of salaries and expense claims;
- Support with monthly reports and other necessary documentation as needed;
- Maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies and ensure the accuracy of financial records;
- Collaboration with other departments to address financial inquiries and provide support;
- Report to the Finance manager

Qualifications
We are looking for an Finance Administrator with the following characteristics:
- Proven experience in finance administration or a similar role;
- Strong knowle dge of accounting principles and financial regulations;
- Proficiency in ERP Software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively;
- Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting or a related field are preferred;
- Proficient in English language.
