Nautique has an immediate opening for first-shift janitors that will maintain the cleanliness of all areas throughout the plant. 

Hours are Monday to Thursday from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm. Overtime may be required at times due to the needs of the business.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the restrooms and restocking supplies.
• Cleaning and restocking supplies in the breakroom.
• Follow all safety guidelines adopted by Nautique on trash disposal.
• Follow all safety guidelines adopted by Nautique on PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Must have some knowledge of the safety hazards of the cleaning chemicals
• Follow instructions of Manager/Supervisor/Lead 
• Inspects all parts so that they are complete and up to quality standards.
•  Any other duties as assigned by management. 
• Must comply with all OSHA and safety procedures.

• Must be able to use cleaning products.
• Must be able to wear protective equipment as necessary.
• Excellent customer service.
• Must be able to use a broom, mop, and other cleaning tools.
• Must be able to complete documents to order and receive supplies.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.
• Must be able to work outside and be exposed to all weather conditions.
• Must be able to sit, stand and bend for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to wear proper safety equipment when necessary.
• Must be a licensed driver with a good driving record (subject to MVR).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
• The ability to see details at close range.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
