Job Description

We are looking for driven, career-oriented individuals to fill the role of our Entry-Level Customer Relations Specialist. This individual will report directly to the Sales Manager regarding new customer sales, lead generation, and sales goals. We are looking for someone who can step in at the initial Entry-Level position, master the basics, and then receive continued development to grow towards more leadership roles in the future with us.

 

Entry-Level Customer Relations Specialist Responsibilities: 

1.    Build and strengthen relations with customers during on-site visits, while visiting their sites, participating in trade shows and/or any other industry events.
2.    Interact with customers via telephone or in person to provide information and assistance. Educate customers/callers on the quality and benefits of MACH products and services. Proactively monitor high volume customers and provide exemplary service. Assist with quotes and/or deliveries of quotes.
3.    Maintain outstanding level of customer service by determining the best actions to take to resolve customer concerns. Research customer issues/complaints, develop a resolution plan, and promptly provide clarity to all parties as to how, when, and where the issue will be resolved.
4.    Use ERP to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken, promptly and accurately
5.    Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services. Take orders and oversee charges, deal with billing or payment issues, make changes to customer accounts, handle complaints and returns, and record actions.
6.    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing what is required and needed. Timely responses to customers' inquiries
7.    Perform other duties as assigned
 

 

 

Qualifications

•High School diploma or GED.

•Minimum of one-year customer service experience.

•Call center experience and sales experience a plus.

•Proficient with computers and systems in an office environment.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills – at all levels for any company.

•Excellent customer service, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

•Good organization, time management, planning and problem-solving skills.

•Active listening and comprehension skills.
