Job Description

You'll be working with our production personnel to fill Kanban bins and supplying parts to our production line on demand. Additionally, you'll load and unload trucks with a forklift or by hand. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documenting items that are low in stock
  • Efficiently organizing the stockroom
  • Remove packing slips to forward to the Purchasing Department
  • Receiving parts as they are delivered and stored in the correct location
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

This is a full-time first shift position, Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 4 PM. Overtime may be available. This position pays up to $16 per hour or more, depending on experience. 

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Must have valid drivers license
  • Must have forklift certification (or be able to obtain)
  • Stockroom/warehouse experience
  • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Manufacturing warehouse experience
  • Experience with pickers
  • Familiarity with inventory control 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature
  • Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to climb into and out of interior boats
  • Must be able to wear proper safety equipment (PPE) as needed
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary
  • Be able to use and maintain small hand tools (e.g. grinder, scraper, razor knife, blower, etc.)
