The Warehouse Supervisor adheres, implements, and ensures that all safety policies, procedures, and training requirements are followed in the warehouse area and throughout facility.  Hands on Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily project activities in warehouse and be able to work when needed in order to complete the demands of the day.  Plan, organize, supervisor and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.  Supervisor must be able to work in a fast, dynamic, deadline driven environment.  Punctuality and reliable attendance are a must for this position.  Supervisor must have the ability to supervise a team doing numerous functions inn multiple areas of the warehouse.  Must be able to train and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees and assign workloads to warehouse workers.  Supervisor must be able to enforce company policies and procedures set by management.  Supervisor must be able to administer appropriate disciplinary actions in a prompt, fair, consistent and professional manner according to company policy.

·         High School Diploma or Equivalent; Forklift Certification preferred

·         One or more years of warehouse experience and data entry.

·         Good communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills required

·         Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems

·         Must be able to perform tasks under time pressure deadlines.

·         Must have strong attention to detail.

·         Able to understand and follow verbal and written directions.

·         Must be able to work well with teams and in close proximity to each other.

Physical requirements

·         Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.

·         Must be able to bend at waist, knees and stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift 75 lbs
