Job Description

If you have experience working painting, buffing, sanding, or detailing, this job is for you!!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running a lamination chop gun
  • Applying spray putty to the plugs
  • Rolling fiberglass once it has been applied
  • Block sanding plugs (dry and wet sand)
  • Using various hand tools as needed
  • Keep the work area clean and orderly
  • Inspects all parts so that they are complete and up to quality standards
  • Work in a team environment

Qualifications

 

  • Experience with Hand Tools, Power tools, Rollers, Fiberglass chop guns, sanders, scissors, and drills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Able to interpret all work-related documents
  • Must be able to work effectively as an individual or with a team
  • Experienced with working with composites
  • Must be able to perform tasks under time constraints
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift to 50lbs as needed
  • Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Must be able to climb in and out of the plug
  • Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment- Safety Glasses, half-mask respirator, Tyvek protection suit 
  • Able to work directly with fiberglass and resin
