Essential Duties | Responsibilities

• Establish uniform methods of Final Detail which include detailing exterior and interior of boat and installing basic hardware and components and ensuring that our boats achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction by overseeing that all installations and/or repairs are successfully completed with a focus on quality
• Inspects all parts after production to ensure that all parts are complete and up to quality standards
• Communicate information to employees within the department and to the Department Manager
• Participate in the implementation of new procedures to meet the facility’s goal.
• Work with Department Manager to promote current quality programs.
• Handle and/or assist in all employment related issues including promoting company culture, training, appraising, counseling, and reprimands in a competent manner or refer to the appropriate personnel as necessary.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experienced at using a variety of hand tools including tape measure, razor knives, screw gun, drill, ratchet, buffer and DA Sander
• Experienced with Auto Body, Boat or Specialty Vehicle body repair or installation
• Prefer to have at least 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment with Assembly line experience
• Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.
• Must be able to read orders and identify missing or defective parts
• Must have strong attention to detail, nothing can get by you!
• Must be able to climb into and out of interior of boats
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds when necessary.
