Job Description

  • Support all Watershed companies in their marketing activities
  • Design and implement product digital marketing campaigns using social media, customer, and other available databases/lists
  • Participate in the planning and execution of boat shows, product launches, and other sales events
  • Create and consistently publish relevant content on company social media profiles
  • Create/edit video and still images for use in promotional product materials, social media, digital advertising, and website pages
  • Update content on website
  • Draft and distribute press releases
  • Manage/purchase promotional and apparel items
  • Coordinate with other Correct Craft company marketing teams
  • Track and manage performance of various marketing campaigns
  • Perform other marketing and sales related duties as required

  Knowledge, Education, and or Experience required:

  • Relevant formal studies in Marketing disciplines including Graphic Design and Communications
  • Associate Degree or higher preferred
  • 2 years experience working with a marketing team with w/exposure to digital campaigns
  • Communicate professionally in person, electronically, and via the phone
  • High level of aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite, digital video/image editing, and social networking platforms
  • Dress in professional attire
  • Driver’s license

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature occasionally.
  • Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds when necessary.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position
