Job Description

Responsible for supporting all administrative functions for the Nautique boats marketing department, while additionally managing the Nautique boats dealer network when it comes to brand marketing support and dealer CSI reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works as liaison between Marketing and cross-functional teams (both internal and external) to deliver marketing materials on-time and within allocated budget
  • Provides planning support and drives the execution of assigned projects including events, tradeshows, digital and traditional advertising, associations/federations, customer POS and POP, new product campaigns and internal communications
  • Responsible for time management of assigned projects, including but not limited to printed literature/brochures, eCRMs, digital advertisements and newsletters, social media post schedules and content and press release schedule/distribution
  • Project coordination activities consist of job creation, managing quotes from vendors, assigning and prioritizing projects, managing workflow and timelines, maintaining project budget, facilitating project reviews, adhering to deadlines and distributing finished project
  • Manage the programs with cross-functional teams including pricing, purchasing, eCommerce and sales to deliver effective marketing campaigns or materials
  • Coordinate all elements of CSI reporting to Sales and Marketing teams
  • Track, analyze and report results on assigned projects. Provide analysis of results and recommendations for follow-up if requested

 Knowledge skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of PC computers and skill in the manipulation of jpeg’s and mpeg’s are required; Knowledge of graphics and Macintosh computers preferred
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint software is required
  • This job requires creative thinking, problem solving and the ability to work on several projects at one time
  • Excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal are necessary to the success of this position
  • Also required is an excellent driving record with ability to tow boats
  • Must be a licensed driver with a good driving record (subject to MVR)

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature occasionally
  • Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds when necessary
  • This is a safety sensitive position
