Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Media & Leads Coordinator is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales leads to support the Bass Cat and Yar-Craft Dealer networks. The Coordinator will work on site with the Director of Sales, Advertising, and President to manage various platforms of social media, online web traffic and consumer inquiries. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality, with exceptional computer skills and social media understanding with a drive to help cultivate consumers purchase opportunities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field, preferably Marketing. Comparable life experience in lieu of degree acceptable.   A record of achievement counts more than anything else. 
  • 3 years’ industry experience or proven marketing achievements in a related industry is desirable
  • An understanding of product positioning, promotion, and return on marketing investment are needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM Software preferred.
