Nautique Boat Company has multiple outstanding career opportunities available at our boat manufacturing facility in East Orlando, FL. Available Shifts:

5:30 am - 4 pm  Monday - Thursday or Part-Time Positions available.

We have positions in every department, from Assembly, Upholstery to Lamination and Gelcoat.

The right candidate will assemble parts onto the boat for installation, assemble seat cushions in our Upholstery department, spray Gelcoat or roll Lamination. 

Most positions will include overtime and all positions include the opportunity to grow within the company.

• Be able to use a variety of hand tools including tape measure, razor knives, screw gun, drill, ratchet
• Must be able to work under time constraints and deadlines
• Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.
• Must be able to read orders and identify missing or defective parts
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be able to climb into and out of interior of boats if necessary
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds when necessary
• Experienced in boat manufacturing a plus!
