Job Description

Take your career to the next level!  Join a company that values people, performance, and philanthropy join a team that is passionate about making a difference in the world. We have an opportunity for an Maintenance Technician who can maintain our new facility and equipment.

Job Details:

The rate of pay for entry-level positions is $17 - $25 per hour depending upon experience.

4-day work week:  hours are 5:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday – Thursday

Overtime may be required at times due to the needs of the business.

Job Summary

  • Maintain all equipment so as to maintain production
  • Repairs the building and the grounds
  • Help to maintain our safety program
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Must have valid drivers license
  • Must have basic knowledge of mechanics and electrical
  • Must be experienced with high and low voltages
  • Must have experience with motor controls, hydraulics and lighting controls
  • Must know how to operate equipment and tools associated with job functions.
  • Must have 3+ year experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
  • Experienced operating a Forklift

Preferred:

  • Forklift certified
  • Experience working with outside vendors 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work outside the plant if needed
  • Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to wear proper safety equipment (PPE) as needed
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
