Key Responsibilities

The hours for this position are 5:30 am – 4 pm, Monday through Thursday. This is an hourly (Non-Exempt) position, with an entry-level rate of pay starting between $13 - $15 per hour depending upon experience. Overtime may be required at times based on the needs of the business. There is an opportunity to earn a performance increase after 90 days of employment.

Job Summary

• Performs mix and lay-up of fiberglass, resins, and catalysts onto mold surface using various hand tools
• Works with structural adhesives
• Operates a variety of power tools including but not limited to scissors, drills, grinders, and overhead hoists
• Wears protective equipment while working

• Able to work in a hot and humid work environment for a 10-hour shift standing, bending, and reaching
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
• Have the flexibility to work overtime both planned and unplanned to meet company goals.
• Must be able to work well with teams and in close proximity to each other
• Skills in fiberglass and resin preferred
• Ability to pass a spirometry test
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to follow all safety standards and procedure
