The 2nd Shift Manager will oversee all nightly operations of production and ensuring policies and procedures are followed. This position will develop a culture to create safety, work strongly with personnel, and enhance quality and productivity.

 Experience and Education: 

• Experience in operations and supervisory skills required.

• Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes.
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree will be a strong consideration or solid experience in management.
