SeaArk Boats has been in business since 1992 and joined the Correct Craft team in early 2016. Our team is comprised of over 150 men and women who know the importance of a well-built product — working together to create boats that will last a lifetime and provide families with many happy memories. Customer Services

We're passionate about experience customer services and we're looking for someone to ensure our current and future customers have the best possible interaction with our brand and products. You will be on the forefront of our customer service function to ensure overall customer satisfaction is achieved.

Responsibilities.

• Exceed expectations at providing customer care that is reflective on quality scorecard.
• Analyze, review, and process customer's requests.
• Critical thinking to drive for solutions to issues in order to find resolution.
• Communicate customer feedback to appropriate members.
• Build and maintain professional and positive relationships with peers.
• Gain cross-functional experience in sales, events, marketing, and other customer-facing functions as desired.

• Ability to work on many different tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions with attention to time sensitive deadlines
• Helping customers select suitable products for themselves.
• Research new marketing territories and strategies.
• Computer data entry proficiency
• Ability to sell over the phone and answer questions.
• Maintain professional communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Type 40 wpm
• Advanced in using Microsoft Office Suite
• 1+ years working in a customer service environment at a Boat Manufacturing company or Auto Manufacturing company.
